Activation

Need a license activated? We’ll do it for you.

For products with an Activation link. We activate the original license on your site within 1–24 hours.

How it works

1. Create a temporary admin user
In WordPress, go to Users → Add New User and use these details:
Usernamegplchimp
Passwordgplchimp
RoleAdministrator
Use any email that isn’t already on your site. If WordPress says the password is weak, tick Confirm use of weak password.
2. Send the request below
Enter the product name and your WordPress login URL, for example https://yoursite.com/wp-admin.
3. We activate it
We log in with the temporary user and activate the license, usually within 1–24 hours. We’ll email you when it’s done.
4. Delete the temporary user
Once it’s activated, go to Users → All Users and delete the gplchimp user.

Is it safe to create this user?

Yes. It’s only used to activate the license, and you can delete it as soon as we confirm.

Do you need my hosting or cPanel login?

No. We only need the temporary WordPress user.

Can you activate a site on localhost?

No. Your website must be online so we can log in to it.

I already sent a request. Should I send it again?

No need. We’ll email you once it’s done. Sending it again doesn’t make it faster.
